Proactol presents its credentials

Proactol has proven itself to be remarkably effective in as many as seven clinical trials.  Some of these studies have shown that Proactol not only promotes weight loss, but is also effective in treating or preventing other conditions.

Proactol presents its credentialsOne interesting study of the effect of the prickly pear fiber complex in Proactol on blood lipid parameters in women with metabolic syndrome.  This study looked at 68 overweight or obese women with metabolic syndrome.

For six weeks, half the women were given 1.6 grams of the prickly pear fiber complex with each meal while the others were given a placebo.  All were put on a well-balanced diet with measured input of lipids.

The subjects were evaluated after two weeks and again after six weeks, and tested for both LDL and HDL cholesterol as well as triglycerides.  They were also retested for metabolic syndrome at the end of the trial.

By the fourteenth day, the women taking the same fiber complex as is in Proactol were showing a decrease in LDL cholesterol of 10% and a continuing downward trend throughout the study.  Good or HDL cholesterol showed an upward trend.

The main finding of this study was that a massive 39% of the women who were taking the fiber – the same active ingredient as is used in Proactol, no longer had metabolic syndrome.

So what does all this mean for women like you and me who want to lose weight?  It means that if we take Proactol, not only will we lose weight, but that our risk factor for cardiovascular disease is significantly reduced because of the extremely good effect Proactol has on blood cholesterol levels.  And most of us have probably been eating a pretty unbalanced diet for most of our lives, so we need to do something to reduce those cholesterol levels and protect our hearts.

Results like these are found in clinical trial after clinical trial.  I’m not going to give you the details of all of them, if you really want to ready them you can do so on the Proactol site, but I do want to talk about just one more interesting result.

This was a laboratory study which actually tested the fat binding ability of the patented fiber complex in Proactol.  This test modeled the digestive tract in the laboratory and discovered that the fiber complex has the ability to make as much as 28.3% of the fat in the gut unavailable for absorption.  This is the true power of Proactol.

I’ve posted these study results in my Proactol blog because I think it’s important to know that the products we use for weight loss are really effective.  I find it very reassuring to know that these studies have been carried out because it means that I can be confident that the supplement I’m taking is actually doing something positive for me.

The other aspects of the studies is that they also mean that any side effects of the supplement will have shown up under the controlled conditions Proactol presents its credentialsof clinical trials.

I’ve never come across a weight loss product that is so well supported by clinical trials and studies, and I think it’s important to realize that most diet pills have little testing or none at all.  I don’t know about you, but I’ll always feel a lot more comfortable about putting something into my body if I know it’s been thoroughly tested beforehand.
